This is all about our mental game.  


Our mind is a muscle...and we need to strengthen it like any other muscle. "Mental toughness" is the ability to remain positive no matter what happens. It’s not about holding it’s about letting it all go. Failure and hard times are the only way to achieve embrace it!


It's crucial that your mindset and mental state are strong. Some easy ways to strengthen your Mind Vibe are meditation and visualization.
